(Doctor Website Development Offer — Cybpress × Velby × Doctors Portal)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the development, delivery, and associated services of doctor websites offered under the special introductory plan facilitated by Doctors Portal, in collaboration with Velby App and Cybpress Innovative Solutions LLP.

This exclusive offer is strictly applicable to individual doctors and cannot be availed by hospitals, clinics, or institutions operated or managed by doctors.

By enrolling in this offer and making the required payment, you (“Doctor” / “Client”) acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the following Terms:

1. Scope of Work

Cybpress will provide three professional website templates for selection. The selected template will be customized with:

• Doctor’s name, qualifications, and specialization(s)
• Profile photo
• Practice locations, timings, and contact details
• Treatments/services offered
• Gallery images (optional)
• Blogs or educational content (optional)

The package details are given on the site and should be read carefully before choosing.

2. Content Submission

The Doctor must provide all required content (photos, qualifications, clinic details, services, blogs, etc.) within 3 working days of sign-up. All submitted content must be accurate, authentic, and complete. Cybpress may request verification documents to confirm authenticity and compliance.

3. Content Verification & Approval

Submitted content will be reviewed, formatted, and finalized in consultation with the Doctor. Any delay in providing accurate content will result in a corresponding delay in the delivery timeline.

4. Delivery Timeline

The website will be delivered within 15–20 working days after receiving complete and verified content in the attached word document. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect submissions are not Cybpress’ responsibility. Delivery timelines may vary based on the number of registrations and server queue management.

5. Website Templates & Features

Websites will be based on one of the available designs depending on the package chosen. Customization includes colors, photos, and content but excludes full custom design unless separately agreed upon. The package includes Velby App listing, Doctors Portal listing, and teleconsultation setup in Velby App (where applicable).

6. Blogs & Knowledge Sharing

If the Doctor opts for a blog section, they must provide topics or draft content. If Cybpress prepares blog content, additional charges may apply unless included in the package.

7. Approvals & Go-Live

A final preview will be shared for review before go-live. Once approved, the website will be published on the chosen domain. Any changes requested after go-live may incur additional costs unless covered under a maintenance plan.

8. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made at sign-up to avail introductory discounts (70%, 60%, or 50%).
• Hosting is included free for the first year.
• Domain charges must be paid at actuals before hosting setup.
• Professional email services (Google Workspace, Zoho, etc.) billed separately.
• Annual domain renewal charges apply.
• Domains and hosting purchased under this offer are strictly non-transferable.
• Strictly No Refunds once payment is made.

9. Liability & Compliance

The Doctor is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted content. Cybpress is not liable for disputes or damages from incorrect or misleading information.

10. Support & Maintenance

Basic post-launch support is included for 7 days. Additional services like SEO, blog creation, branding refreshes, or marketing are separate.

11. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment, the Doctor owns the content and branding assets they provide. Cybpress retains ownership of templates, backend frameworks, and proprietary modules. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination & Cancellation

Cybpress reserves the right to terminate services if false information is submitted, terms are violated, or required materials are not provided. No refunds in such cases.

13. Acceptance

By signing up, the Doctor confirms:

• They have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• They will provide accurate information and meet deadlines.
• They understand the package scope, pricing, and deliverables.
